Turnkey project at the end of a turnaround: Helium leak testing to secure a leak free start-up for a respected client.
More than 100 tests, over 50 heat exchangers and several full system tests.
In times where helium was hard to get, we depended on our reliable worldwide industrial gas resources with success.
Preparation: Our engineering department created the test packs together with the client. We use our testing database containing all the P & ID’s, test packs and client planning to keep track of progress and efficiency.
Execution: First, we identify every system with a client representative. Second, we start with preparation and the test itself. At last, we bleed down the system pressure in a controlled and safe way.
Finalisation: A full report of every individual test, including all certificates and recordings will shared with the client. A backup of this report can be obtained from our testing database.
Throughout all stages we supplied engineering support either on site or a call away to help with the challenges that could occur during this project.
The job was completed to the full satisfaction of the client and just in time to get to another country to start with the next helium leak testing project.
