Turnaround preparation and execution
During this turnaround we carried out the required testing. We have prepared the test packs using existing workbooks to minimize the number of tests. In addition, we made sure that all necessary flanges, test plugs and test equipment were on site.
During the execution, we conducted hydrostatic tests on the prefabricated area and in the refinery itself after the installation.
These tests have been carried out according to the required regulations and in the presence of the customer and a notified body.
After the tests have been successful executed, we have delivered the data including the test packs to the QA/QC department for a complete documentation.
After successfully completing more than two hundred tests, the refinery was able to start the startup.
