The objective of this project was to demonstrate and record the newly constructed part of the LNG terminal to ensure that all separate systems perform in accordance with specified requirements, and to guarantee a safe and successful start-up afterwards.
A safe and successful start-up is what commissioning is all about, we started with the end in mind.
Testing the high and low pressure parts of the full installation after we cleared the plant of water with our nitrogen pumps.
Afterwards we dried the system to several dewpoint, criteria for gas and liquid loaded systems were different and we adhered to the clients requirements.
Well executed tests and all dewpoints achieved the system was ready to see LNG for the first time.
That's the goal we had in mind at the start and we delivered a successful job once again.
